This shoot almost became the shoot that made me take a break from personal style photos. David and I squeezed this look in after finishing another photo job on Friday evening. I was tired, he was tired, but we both really liked the outfit and the concept of shooting in our apartment is simple enough.

Then I got difficult. For no reason other than I was just over it. Over taking photos, over fixing my lipstick, over steaming clothes – over the whole damn thing. Naturally, I picked a fight with David and demanded we not talk about anything fashion related for 24 hours.

So, that lasted about two hours. We ended up going to dinner and planned a baller shoot in the Everglades this weekend.

What can I say? I want you. I need you. xx
