Sachin + Babi Fall 2012 RTW
Last week on Valentine’s Day, I had the special pleasure of attending the Sachin + Babi fall 2012 runway show. It was Sachin and Babi Ahluwalia’s first NYFW presentation and was totally gorgeous. Love, love the leather and pleated chiffon combo and the jewel tones were so rich.
I got to go backstage and meet the talented designer couple, which was unexpected and totally awesome. Being backstage is so much more of personal experience – getting to touch the clothes and feel the excited energy buzzing. Also backstage, I was able to meet three very popular bloggers whom I admire.(The Glamourai, FashionToast and BryanBoy) It’s a great feeling to meet and interact with a blogger you follow daily. I wish I hadn’t been so shy!
My shots were a little shaky so I made the below collage from superior Style.com photos, so you can get a proper feel of the collection. I did get a cool shot though of Kelly’s @TheGlamourai’s necklace…so sweet. xx

Awww I wanted to go to this so badly, every season I get invited to stuff after I leave you think I’d learn to just stay the entire time lol.

I was sitting right next to you — I see the elbow of my pink sweater in the corner of a few of your shots. I really loved the show, as I see you did too!
