Pearls and Tweed
Here we go with the first photos as CaptureFashion.com! David and I went out to our favorite location in South Florida, the Everglades. The dozens of empty and growing fields make the perfect backdrop to some pretty sick editorial-type photos that get me real excited. This is an outfit I have been trying to make work for a couple weeks.
These tweed shorts are beyond. Obviously, the resemblance to Chanel is the most appealing factor, but the fit is also something to write about. They are cut slightly shorter in the front and are high-waisted, so a top can be tucked up in nicely and worn under a blazer for a totally different look. These shorts are available at Jessie Boutique, along with the white bustier top that is pretty major. The feather vest is a vintage find I bought last year at Fly Boutique on Lincoln Road. It’s one of my favs. xx

Tweeds are usually rough and woolen. Are you saying you’re wearing rough, woolen shorts in the summer? Is it a silk tweed?

Indeed, I am wearing tweed shorts in the summer. They are silk lined, but I sweat for fashion. xx
