Yesterday, I got country. Well, at least my version of it. Pink lipstick is always appropriate, no?

David and I headed to Vappersta to visit a farm/market/horse training center. The family running it was so incredibly sweet, and I adored their daughter, Joanna. She proved quite helpful showing me around and her little face was just precious. On the grounds there were a few horses of interest. One stallion is totes famous, the grandson of legendary Arabian stallion, Aladdinn, who was a Swedish National Champion, scoring higher than any other stallion in Swedish Arabian horse history. It’s surprising that I even approached the horses, I’m terrified of most animals, but Joanna made me feel so comfortable. Or maybe it was the fact that she is five and a total badass equestrian. Either way – I kind of loved it. Next time I’m around a horse, who knows, I might swing for a ride. x
