A few weeks ago, I was invited to a blogger spa day at the ELLE Spa in the Eden Roc Hotel on Miami Beach.
I got two treatments (massage and body scrub) and then had a delicious lunch with fellow Miami bloggers on the spa rooftop. Ria Michelle and I ended up staying the rest of the day catching up and laying out. The view and pool situation at Eden Roc is soo nice. The hotel was under construction when I first moved here, and I hadn’t had the opportunity to go since the opening of the ELLE Spa. I’ll definitely go back to spa-it and totally recommend for anyone visiting Miami. It’s ideal for a girls trip.
I was in desperate need of some relaxation and girl time. I always am shooting on the weekends, so taking a Friday off to indulge was kind of amazing.
Click over to the link and view photos I took while in the ELLE Spa and read about the above “Pure Living Energy” Rose water spray that I’m obsessed with!
Before our delicious rooftop lunch, we sat down with Tammy Fender to talk about her holistic skincare line and about holistic living in general.
With her stance on beauty and wellness rooted in the ancient traditions of holistic medicine, it is Tammy Fender’s belief that the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of life are closely interconnected and equally important to bringing one’s system into balance, health and beauty.
It was inspiring to hear Tammy speak about her philosophy on skincare and how you don’t have to sacrifice luxury for organic product. I’ve been using a few samples of Tammy Fender organic skincare for two weeks now, and I’m super into it.
The rose water spray especially. I use it right after I wash my face, and I love the feel of it. I can’t say I’ve seen a huge improvement in my skin, but there’s something to be said about a product that I look forward to using. I love the smell and how quickly my skin seems to soak up the water. It feels so good that it must be working, right?
BIG, Thanks so ELLE Spa and Tammy Fender. x
