Holy hotness batman. I mean….there isn’t anything really to say about these photos other than…HOT DAMN!

I’m so proud of Ashley and so happy to be a part of these incredible photos.  The amazing Terry Richardson shot Mz Sky in his NYC studio during fashion week last month. We have been patiently waiting for final images and they DID NOT disappoint!

My styling strategy is always simple when it comes to shooting Ashley. I always want to keep it clean and chic to allow Ashley’s famous curves do the talking. I knew I wanted to do a swim look because that is just Ashley to me. She IS the ultimate bikini body.  We used the most perfect string bikini by my fav swimwear brand, Minimale Animale, and then paired it with a pair of bad-ass Rachel Zoe booties that are Ashley’s own.

The next look, a full-body jumpsuit by Reformation, is something that I saw and immediately knew that if Ashley tried it on….all competition would be slayed. I have a huge love affair for The Reformation and kind of want every single thing in the store. I always style with brands that I actually wear. It just feels more real. Clothes are like friends,  you have to hang out together and see if you vibe.

These photos feel like they were taken a month ago even though it was just last weekend. Time is flying. I have a crap-ton of posts coming at you as soon as I get a few solid hours at my computer. Your girl is currently in NYC for the next month! I’m so excited to layer up and work some of my remaining winter-y looks. Aka it’s cold here, so don’t expect any bikini pics anytime soon, ha! You knows I’ll do my best to keep the sex appeal coming though…this is CaptureFashion.

Anyway, here I am last week in Miami. I was filmed by two Swedish videographers for an upcoming project. Kevin helped me out with photography again and the video team captured us walking from my home to the beach. Seeing these photos makes me feel incredible lucky to live so close to the ocean. I can’t imagine living in Miami and not staying on Miami Beach. It’s only the most beautiful ever.

Last weekend I went somewhere I thought I would never return to….ULTRA. Yup, I had my first Ultra Music Festival experience in 2009 and it was scary as hell. Seventeen year olds rolling in a sweat/dirt combination is just not my scene. Not at allllllllll. So when my good friend Alyssa said she had an extra pass for me…I was like hells no. Then those passes turned into VIP and my mood turned into…lets do this.

A little spoiled? Yes. Entitled? Absolutely.  Diva behavior warranted? 100 PERCENT.

VIP access is a whole other world. One with couches and private bathrooms that are relatively clean and mostly available. Where VIP goes wrong is bottle service. What the what?! I’m all about having some luxuries at a festival, but come on now. Bottle service? It just seems very off brand. Go to LIV for that…

Anyway, I actually really enjoyed myself. Alyssa is a super patient teacher and taught me a few thangs about the artists who were performing. Performing? Playing? I’m still awkward with the lingo. I actually was referring to DJs as “bands” at one point, which is just embarrassing.

My favorite was Pretty Lights. So dope.

Shooting in Miami is always a beautiful adventure. The weather has been so unpredictable lately. It’s been really windy so it’s chilly but then the  sun feels really warm, so my wardrobe choices have been really schizophrenic. (Note: I’m in a coat, boots and tights like 3 posts down.) We shot these photos at sunrise while a storm was developing on the coast. It was so pretty!! And freaking windy. Chilly windy = not fun. It’s Ultra/Winter Music Conference starting this weekend, so I really wanted to start my transition into bikinis as clothing routine. Are any readers coming to Miami during the next two weeks?

I’m getting really excited. My friend Alyssa from MarieClaire.com is staying with me this weekend and I’ll be dressing Ashley Sky while she is in town, so it should be a really fun couple of weeks. David is traveling to NYC for the next two months, so I am going to be presenting photos on CF a little differently in the upcoming weeks. Back to the post….I have swimwear on the brain hardcore. Specifically, all things Australian. I’m going to have to make a dedicated post to Australian brands for spring. It’s super necessary. The two dresses in this post are by Bless’ed Are the Meek, one my favorite Aussie lines, although I say it wrong constantly. I say “blessed we are meek” or “blessed and meek ones” it’s so embarassing. I am going to have to get it right because I am obsessed with this line and I want everything. #everysinglething
