Rihanna earns my number eight Best Dressed this year because her choices are fresh, colorful, fun and chic. She has a great sense of personal style and always makes exciting choices with bold color and personality. I love that she experiments with her hair and mix-matching prints, Rihanna dresses with confidence and point of view that I can totally appreciate.

I prefer her more dressed down style and red carpet looks compared to her performance costumes, which usually feel like she is trying too hard to be edgy, but from a day-to-day perspective Rihanna always looks fly. XO
