I seriously can’t remember the last time I had a REAL coke. I’m all abouts the DC, but I will admit, it tasted amazing. Something about the old fashion bottles, street food trucks and heels in dirt roads demanded the full flavor. Anyway, as you can see I finally made it to the 2nd Saturday Wynwood Art walk. There were so many people there and a really good vibe, I highly suggest checking it out next month.
This is the last of the photos I have with Ashlee, it was awesome to have another model to style…thanks so much babe! To all my other friends – lets do this. xx
On me: Haute Hippie jumper and House of Harlow necklace from Jessie. Shoes, Report Shoes Cayler. Bag, vintage Chanel. On Ashlee: Top: older dress from Target I had altered into a bustier style top. Harem pants: Urban Outfitters. Shoes, Ashlee’s own.
Finally got to style someone other than myself! I coaxed one of my oldest and dearest friends, Ashlee, to let me play dress up with her and invited her to come on a shoot. We started out in Wynwood and made our way down to the Art Walk later Saturday night – those photos tmrw. xx
On me: Top, leopard Equipment top. Shorts, J brand Dita short. Shoes, Jeffrey Campbell. Purse, vintage Chanel. Nails,
On Ashlee: Top, Equiqment signature top in blush. Shorts, J brand Dita short in Luna. Shoes, Christian Louboutin. Purse, Aldo. Earrings, Banana Republic.
If I splurge on anything, its definitely shoes and bags. The shoes out for 2011 spring/summer have me totes excited. If you can’t tell I’m a sucker for platforms…I guess I just prefer to be elevated. These are a few of my current favs. Enjoy. xx
1st column: Charles Anastase Althea, $875, Alaia studded wedges, $2,240, Alexander Wang Dakota, $650, Rodarte for Opening Ceremony Western boot, $750.
2nd column: Chole Sevigny for Opening Ceremony Mary Jane, $395, Missoni zig zag flat, $225, Jeffrey Campbell El Carmen, $120, Marc Jacobs linen brogues, $575.
3rd column: Asos Helsa suede platforms, $110.79, LuLus qupid ceduce, $31, Jeffrey Campbell slashed combat boot, $145, Yves Saint Laurent Baoban, $1,995.
I was soo excited to see these pink shorts at one of my favorite Miami boutiques, Jessie. I have been on the hunt for a pair similar to the Isabel Marant pink shorts in the brand’s S/S 2011 ads with Gisele, and these are almost perfect. The lace top is from Jessie too, so if you live/visit Miami you must visit. The super cute boutique carries some great lines that are hard to find in MIA, and the inventory is always updated. Locations/Shop online, here. xx
